The Cow Flat Ride today was BEAUTIFUL. Perfect weather, 12 riders (plus 1 kid and 1 dog). We went up seven miles to Lucas Creek, our turn-around point. I had Sophie (the dog) and new riders Chris and Nicole had Conner (their 3-year-old son) attached to the back of their tandem! Other than that, it was me [Melissa], Tonya, Mark, Esteban, Raymond, Shannon and Gabe (two guys, BPD officers), Alan, Aaron, Cameron (new guy from Tehachapi), Chris, and Nicole. Then Sophie and Connor, who enjoyed playing with each other at the creek stop.
